Feeling good and looking forward to the weekend. My parents,Greg ( my oldest brother) and my sister are coming down. (Kim is going to take me to the city on Monday and Tuesday) I am really looking forward to spending time with all of them.
I was able to enjoy a nice visit with Maryanne N. the other night and have seen quite a few of the neighbors. I think that it does me good to spend time with friends.
The snow is finally falling. They say it is just a dusting but, I will take whatever.
Hope that you all have a wonderful 3 day weekend. I will keep you posted!

So good to hear Kay! You sound great in this blog!!! I hope this treatment path is a bit easier then the last one. I'm sure you know, but we are all thinking about you lots and continue to send prayers and good wishes your way. As for the snow, we got a little bit. Lacey even has a 2 hour delay this AM! I think more for the cold than anything else though. Have a great time with your family this weekend. Enjoy them all!!! Good luck on Monday with the treatment. Talk to you soon!

Two guys who worked together were both laid off, so off they go to the unemployment office.
Asked his occupation, the first guy says, "Panty stitcher. I sew the elastic onto cotton panties."
The clerk looked up panty stitcher. Finding it classed as unskilled labor, she gives him $300, a week's unemployment pay.
The second guy was asked his occupation.
"Diesel fitter," he replies.
Since diesel fitter is a skilled job the clerk gives the second guy $600 a week.
When the first guy finds out he's furious. He storms back in to find out why his friend and co-worker is collecting double his pay. The clerk explains: "Panty stitchers are unskilled and diesel fitters are skilled labor."
"What skill?" yells the panty stitcher. "I sew the elastic on and he pulls on it and says, 'Yep, diesel fitter.' "

Luv ya!

Hi Kay,
So glad you are back on your feet. Seems like it's a little sooner than the last time. This new stuff must be a freindlier mix. No snow our way, would love a nice Friday snow and then be gone by Monday. We had a good three day weekend. Didn't do much, made soup and oatmeal cookies and huddled by the woodstove. My love, thoughts and prayers are always with you. Enjoy your family. Please tell Joe and Bev hello for me. Take care sweetie and God Bless. Love Kath
Hey there...guess what????? It's a girl!!!!! I knew that you would love to know. I think I am going to name her Alexis Rose...
I hope you are feeling good and loving the snow. It looks so beautiful.
Miss you,
Roseann
Hi Kay!
It is wonderful to hear you are doing well. I hope you enjoyed the snow as much as I did :) I miss you a lot and think of you often. Take care!
Love, Allison :)
Hi Kay!! Glad to hear you're feeling a little better! Everyone misses you at school!! Think of us Friday when we are getting monitored!!
Colleen D.
Hi Kay,
Yes school has been very busy this week getting everything ready for monitoring... Alot of overkill, but you know, no matter how prepared you are, they will always find something...LOL
I got the results from my ultrasound test and its good news... There is no trace remaining of the anurysum (sp?) in my aorta so I'm pretty happy about that... Hope all is well in the Moore household and hope to hear from you soon...take care...

HUSBAND DOWN
A husband and wife are shopping in their local Wal-Mart.
The husband picks up a case of Budweiser and puts it in their
cart.
"What do you think you're doing?" asks the wife.
"They're on sale, only $10 for 24
cans," he replies.
"Put them back, we can't afford them," demands the wife, and so they carry on shopping. A few aisles further on along the woman picks up a $20 jar of face cream and puts it in the basket.
"What do you think you're doing?" asks the husband.
"It's my face cream. It makes me look beautiful," replies the wife.
Her husband retorts, "So does 24 cans of Budweiser and its half the price.'"
