We're getting there!

All is going along. Had a really great visit with my family. On Monday I went for treatment. Unfortunately, I had an allergic reaction to the medicine. That experience was interesting to say the least. Anyway, they were able to give me the rest of the medicine after some time. (Thank God).My biggest fear is that they wouldn't be able to give me the meds. My body is starting to feel achy which is one of the side affects and of coarse, I am requiring a lot of sleep. My spirits are up and each new day is one step closer to being done with this whole mess. Thinking of you all... The kids are all doing well. Back into the swing of school.
To all my friends at Eagleswood.. hang in there, monitoring will be over with in a matter of days!

Hi Kay!!! So sorry to hear about the allergic reaction. Sounds like they can still give you the meds, I think. I hope it all gets worked out, I'm sure the reaction wasn't great! Tomorrow is the big day for the state to come. I think everyone will be happy when its over! Glad to hear your kids are adjusting back to the swing of school. Mine are as well. Took a little bit, but not like the beginning of the year, so that is good. We'll keep you posted on how tomorrow goes. Keep up your good spirits and rest as much as you need to. You are entitled!!!! Feel good and I'll talk to you soon!

Hi Sweetie,
Glad you are back on track after the reaction. Didn't need that did ya !!!! I will redouble my efforts on the prayers. I'm gald your family's visit was so much fun. I think we are all trying to get back into our routine. However, I am always willing to have a bank holiday off. Let "Spring" be our operative word as we have much to look forward to. You will be on the recovery trail and I am looking forward to a summer visit and a pool party. Hey we throw Mom in the trailer again and get her on a float and have a ball. I love you. Get your rest and eat your spinach. Love to Dan and the Kids.

Kay,
As always it was great talking to you the other day. You are never far from my mind and your always in my prayers. I know this is getting old but you keep the positive vibes going. It's what will get you through in the long run. Looking forward to hangin with the kids next Saturday. As you said being with friends is good for you so get dressed up and celebrate with Joe, Lydia & John. It's a happy and upbeat party, and it wouldn't be the same withhout you and Dan. Give them my love and Best Wishes. Love, Aunt Mair

Two businessmen in Florida were sitting down for a break in their soon-to-be new store. As yet, the store wasn't ready, with only a few shelves set up.
One said to the other, 'I bet any minute now some senior is going to walk by, put his face to the window, and ask what we're selling.'
No sooner were the words out of his mouth when, sure enough, a curious senior walked to the window, had a peek, and in a soft voice asked "What are you sellin' here?"
One of the men replied sarcastically, "We're selling a$$-holes."
Without skipping a beat, the old timer said, "You're doing well. Only two left."

Hi Kay,
Did you enjoy the snow today? Our delayed opening was a nice mid-week treat! I was so sorry to read about your allergic reaction, that must have been aweful. Well, you're getting there, only a few more treatments to go. You can do it, look how far you've come already. We're all so proud of you with the courage and strength you've shown. Miss you Kay. You're in my prayers daily.
